Betonline refuses to pay me the $1000 Bonus Play as I have a low juice account with them. NOWHERE is this printed in the rules (and the rules even have a fine print sector). Mary Catherine says you (RX) are a third party and I entered thru you and you are responsible for putting it in there. They will give it to me if I switch my account to a , I think she said, big play account. But I am happy with my low juice account and have been with these guys for like 9 years and I always give them good words on my online travels.
As you can guess, I am not too happy right now.............can someone there take this issue up with them for me ?

OK, I guess it's a nevermind. I have straightened it out as they called me back and said because I was a long time account they would make a "one time exception" and credit my account with the Bonus Play.

Sorry, Clark, Brewers & Max, LOL, as for a bit there it looked like I was going to bequeth my $1000 to y'all.

Nore for the future: If you are a Betonline lo vig account holder, you are not eligible for any contest winnings if they are given in a Bonus Play thru a third party site. Just play for fun..............

Thats good news...what is there policy on the Bonus Play?

Although I said so in another thread, thanks again to RX, Betonline & the scorekeepers.
Would like to follow up & defend next year, but, as noted, Betonline has grounded me & my low vig account for thisand other contests.........so the true best of luck to everyone else.
