PORTSMOUTH — A female pizza delivery worker got more than she bargained for on multiple occasions when she went to deliver food and was met at the door by a man wearing no pants.

Portsmouth Police Lt. Rodney McQuate said the woman delivering the pizza notified police of the man's actions after it took place four different times.

"She would go to the address and the guy comes to the door wearing no pants," McQuate said.

The lieutenant said the man would be completely naked from the waist down.

McQuate said the pizza delivery woman called police in an effort to let them know what was going on, but didn't wish to press charges.

He said an officer was sent out to speak to the man and let him know how "inappropriate" his behavior was.

"We went and talked to the guy and they aren't getting any more pizza delivered there," McQuate said.

The guy is lucky to not be on a list of registered sex offenders.

Well, he would have to be convicted of a sex crime first.

SheBar used to do collections for her company and had one guy who answered the door naked twice. She just told him, "Your money or we repo..." Got paid both times and then they turned the account over to a fat Mexican guy and the nudity stopped.

That's not necessarily true at all Barman. Wife and I were walking down the strip in Vegas one afternoon when a cab driver w/ passengers turned a corner and must have gotten close to hitting a young kid [18 or so]. The kid was either high on something or drunk as well and he stopped the taxi's path and wouldn't move out of his way. He stayed there until the driver was forced to exit his cab and chase the kid...who proceeded to run around the cab several time while the foreign cab driver chased him. This went on for at least 5 minutes and closer to 10. A huge crowd gathered at the cross walk watching this whole show. The cab driver would give up and get back in his cab only to have the kid run back in front of the cab to impede his progress. He then pulled down his pants and flashed the driver his cock. The cab driver was furious. After close to 10 minutes the cops came and as he heard the sirens the kid ran across Las Vegas Blvd and out of sight. About an hour later we were now in our car driving when we came across the cops with the kid in the back seat. They caught him. We decided to roll our window down and tell the cop that if he needed a witness...we saw the entire episode. When we told the cop the kid slashed the cab driver....he told us if we would give a statement he would charge him with a sex crime and he would have to register for the rest of his life as a sex offender. As upset as we were and felt for the cab driver....we just didn't feel even what he did justified putting the kid through that the rest of his life. They can charge you with damn near what they want these days. And it's up to you to prove otherwise.

Respectfully with regard to your accounting of that incident - the cop(s) routinely arrest using charges that don't have even a prayer of ever being prosecuted, much less producing an actual conviction.

You did exercise sensible prudence given what was presented to you.

I have a very sobering and frankly disturbing essay I was directed to last week which I've been intending to post here as a topic of discussion. It details how various "sex offender" laws have been aggressively used against kids (almost all male) as young as 13 and 14 in response to their having some kind of exploratory sex (usually not even including intercourse) with other kids in same age range.

Will get that up later tonight as I believe it merits attention from any sensible thinking adults.

And not to overly gripe about your wording, but in fact - within the U.S. criminal justice system, it's up to the state to prove the arrest charges beyond a reasonable doubt - as opposed to you (or I) being obligated to prove our innocence.

If a cop tells you something, even if you misheard or it wasn't fully explained, it must be true

answering the door with your dick hanging out for the pizza delivery girl....is a good way to get yourself convicted of a crime ( albeit far from rape), that can get you on the list, though !

I've heard of nude sunbathers ( on their own property) getting placed on the Pervert list ( not sure if that's an urban legend or not ?).

I'd give the pizza guy one break ( maybe he was wasted ?), if I were a cop, 4 times....he's lucky not to get charged !

Different municipalities have different laws. A guy I went to high school with was doing some construction work in someone's house recently and flashed them. He couldn't be charged with a crime because flashing is not illegal if its done inside.

Now this guy in the story may be guilty if his flashing was easily seen by someone outside his residence. If no one else saw it other than him and the lady then there may have been no law broken. Depends on the laws where he lives.

Bar: If you have to ask if something is an UL, you can be certain that it is
