I picked up the first two seasons on Blu-Ray and am halfway through the second season and I REALLY like the show.
The time period of the late 50's and early 60's looks like it would have been a nice time to be Caucasian male. You basically got handed these plush jobs with huge offices and wet bars where you can smoke basically anywhere. You didn't need job experience or education to land a high paying job back then. There was no such thing as sexual harassment at the job because a female employee and all women in general knew their place in society. No wonder marriages lasted a lifetime in Grandparents days. In today's society the shelf life of a marriage is like the average career span of an NFL player something like 3-4 years.
Wouldn't it be great to put the moves on a new hire at work and she goes along because she needs and likes her low level position at her new job? If she happened to refuse your advances you could get her fired because then the workplace would be uncomfortable for you having to work day in and day out with some dumb broad who turned you down. You could just say she didn't have team chemistry or some text book shit like that.
