After being with them from day one, not sure i want to do business with them again.Try to make a long story short. have square player that hedges quite a bit and looks at many number's. Can't , or won't put money up in his name due to some problems, i don't know why. he gives me the money and i deposit it for him because he is a friend and good customer.Last Friday morning, called B/M and got the name, the whole spiel like before and sent it.After calling four or five times Friday and Saturday customer still didn't have money deposited.Name was right , destination was ok, no excuses. Everytime i called i got different reason that it wasn't picked up.First they said the sender had different name, which it didn't , them receiver was bad, which it wasn't.Sent fax of my copy and still no good. Needless to say , he didn't play the games and lost 1500.00. he blames me and finally B/M on Monday nite deposits monies and say's this happens sometime. They are just too busy.I feel bad for him and will probably give him his monies since he depended on me.I just don't understand B/M's reasoning and won't do business with them anymore, even after being with Cris for twelve years.
