Means If USA wins 1-0 you would win the -0.5 $62.50 to win $50 and you would push the -1 and you would see your money $62.50 returned in your account. It is like two separate bets. If USA loses....you lose the $125 anyway. If the USA wins 2-0 you win both bets and would collect your $100
