Is there any live score site where you can choose only the games you want
to follow, and it will only give you the live scores for only those particular
games chosen?
Saving you time skimming through all those college games to find the games
you are interested in.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

http://www.sbrodds.com/ will allow you to select certain games and not only has the score but has the odds for the game as well.

Click the box to the left of the games you want to follow and then click on Show: "Selected".

Meanwhile, Covers.com also permits you to isolate preferred games on an Auto-Refresh scoreboard and it also shows point spreads and Totals.

Thanks for mentioning that! I thought the Yahoo problem was with my computer. Been using CBS all year with relatively no problems. Of course I am still running with Windows 2000.
