If they do, is it just on prime time games or on every matchup? I'm talking about where you can bet on the upcoming quarter in between quarters, not before the game.

The M has in-game wagering, but they do not offer in-game quarter lines.

They have some other stuff you can bet on during the game...

- Yes/No on whether there will be a first down on that set of downs.
- You can bet on what that drive will result in, TD/FG/Punt/TO.

That stuff is similar to what you could find on Bodog's live betting.

They also have the spread, money line, and total, but have become much more conservative with these lines than when they first started.
