its very easy to use..

1. download and install a program like Azureus or uTorrent
2. go to a site like thepiratebay.com, mininova.org, isohunt.com and search for the stuff (movies, music, soft).
3. download the torrent file
4. open it, and it will start to download through the program you downloaded at 1.
