NIAGARA FALLS—A 19th Street woman who called the city’s 9-1-1 emergency line more than 400 times on Saturday is charged with obstructing governmental administration.
Nicole D. Liscom, 28, told police at about 6:15 p. m. Saturday that she made the calls despite having no legitimate reason for using the emergency line because she wanted to go to jail, police said.
Liscom allegedly used threatening and obscene language during the calls. Police said she appeared intoxicated when she was interviewed by an officer before her arrest.
