bethorizon.com question

Hey guys and gals,


I recieved a call at home from a guy name douglass who is a salesman or a pitchman over at bet horizon. He said for signing up for an account that i would get a $50 freeplay with a 5xrollover and a $500 max cashout. He has called me 3 times since i opened the account begging for me to send a deposit with a 100%match in freeplay. I tell him i am not interested. Well i have built the free $50 to $306 and call today to request a payout and now they say in order to collect on freeplay winning I MUST send in minimum of $200 deposit and then even if i send $200 I must roll that over 3 additional times.


I was just posting this to ask the question is this the norm with freeplays in the industry? I even asked can the $306 count towards a deposit and they say no I MUST send them funds. Douglass never mentioned that when he called and told me of the offer. I dont see horizon advertised here and i see they have a b- on sportsbook review. I tried sending a complaint to sbr however it always says image verification failed.

Anyway any info would be appreciated.

they are not an A type outfit for sure...but I give them some credit......I had my betatlas account shifted to bethorizion recently as betatlas does not exist anymore and bethorizion bought the accounts and customers...That was lots better than betatlas just disappearring with stolen funds...They have been OK for wagering options but I lost the -107 pricing that betatlas had....cusotmer service seems on the ball...They have some things to offer...It would be little sweat for you to money gram the $200 use the Bonus Play money and see if you can build the bankroll...its a small risk for a nice reward...Id call them and continue to try and work it out...get a realationship going with them and see where it takes you...

Don't give them too much credit for bailing you out ... I think they were just amalgamating a few of their skins under the BetHorizon banner (BetHorizon, BetAtlas, 724Sports, a couple of others) ... similar to CRIS if they decided to amalgamate CRIS, Bookmaker, DSI, and Options under one umbrella and call it BetCris.

But, yeah, a half-decent second-tier book.
