Read it on a recent flight. Would highly recommend it. Very interesting inside look at the NFL from a coach's perspective. Really enjoyed it. Im surprised he doesn't get mentioned with Cowher, Shanahan, Gruden, and other available coaches out there.

Every time I have heard those names I have heard his name mentioned, but its usually and rightfully so at the end of the list.

Don't disagree the others are better coaches. Would love to see Billick take over for Norval Turner down here. Cowher would never take this job. I think Billick could lite a fire under this underachieving soft team

Billick never impressed me personally..he is supposedly an offensive guru but Balt always had a subpar offense under him, and with Minn a monkey could have scored points directing that stacked offense.

Anyone but Norv would make me happy..and you're right, we are soft..both lines are terrible..I almost hope we totally tank it this year so Norv will get the hook..and I really like Denver + and ML on Monday..I will be on the donks, maybe the Chargers can prove me wrong..This is one scenario I wouldn't mind losing my money..emotional hedge..I just haven't seen anything that impresses me about us this year other than Rivers, VJ, Gates, Sproles..everyone else is just cashing paychecks

True that Billick never had much of an offense in Balt, but look at the QBs and players he was working with - not much

As for Mon nite - I am usually quick and ready to bet against the Chargers, but not this week. I just can't buy into Denver yet. But more importantly, Denver can lose this game and still hold a nice cushion. Lose, and the Chargers can start playing out a string. They are as healthy as theyve been since Week 1. The Chargers - for once - will give great effort as they typically do in home prime time games. I look for Orton to come back down to earth and the Bolts to win easily

He is a joke. Won a Super Bowl thanks to the greatest defense of all time. He declared Kyle Boller the next coming. As soon as he leaves, our offense becomes one of the best in the league. Coincidence? He is a great speaker so people just assume he knows what he is talking about (I am sure his book is very well written which would make people think he is a genius)
