Arizona fans are pretty bad but there is an explaination. While I was living there, I was saying to my boss, who was a Pheonix native, how pathetic it was that the D-Backs couldn't sell out the stadium for the Cubs-DBacks playoff series. He had a great response, "That's because this city is filled with people like you who keep rooting for their home teams after they move here."
