Most Cowboy fans are quite embarrassing. More so then any other team IMO.

haha

when trooper taylor was an assistant at TN we had the same issue. hes been gone nearly 2 years and Vol forums still talk about how he wore his hat backwards and chest bumped players.

its just passion. you should be glad to be in a market where theres 3 hrs of heated sportstalk about the hometeam. ive lived in the vol bubble of obsession all my life but watched PRO teams like the predators, grizzlies and even the titans struggle to get comparable fan interest.

Romo 's Hat

I thought it was rather inappropriate to wear it backwards's in the picture i saw of him this weekend. Was that what they were talking about? He had a suit on and a long black dress coat and his hat backwards. I think he was getting the key's to some small city in Illinois.

Been cheering for the Cowboys since their Super Bowl win in 77 over the broncos.....hard to like this team with the signing, Pacman(jialbird that starts shit everywhere), high maintenance TO, weak secondary the last few yrs.....etc.....not to mention all the drama with Jerry Jones and frankly I'm not a big Wade Philips...I'm not sure he could organize a good shit in addition to not being a big motivator or high energy guy............

They have sports talks shows just as bad here in DC. Lavar Arrington has his own talk show on CBS radio here in DC from 2-6, 5 days a week. He is on there with one other guy and they talk redskins 24/7.

Some of the worst topics I have ever heard are discussed on this show.

In early August in DC, CBS changed the format of the all guy talk radio station, to more of a sports format, distancing themselves from the Howard Stern type shows. They marketed themselves as "the station the real fans listen to with opinons from the cheap seats, not the owners box". Basically a shot at Snyder because he bought up all the other ESPN networks in the city, so all the guys who talk Skins on the ESPN radio work for him.

This basically gave way to a 12 hour a day Dan Snyder bashing forum for fans. The hate for Snyder was deep before the season, now that the Skins are so bad its boiling here in DC.

Cant imagine the crap going on in WSH right now also, must be pure hatred for Snyder and the decisions they have made the last few yrs

Liking the Mike Singletary old school philosophy with the niners seems so different than the circus atmosphere in Dallas, would much rather cheer for them than the nutty Cowboy team

You should hear some of the stuff callers talk about on "The Fan" in NYC. Mets fans will call in and suggest how the Mets should trade some bench player and a 12th draft pick to the Twins for Joe Mauer. You see, the Twins will accept it because the Twins know that keep keep Mauer much longer.

The host often times just laughs and moves on to the next caller.

Funny chit.
