Shit...buy a new refridgerator, they bring it, it's fucked up, maybe the 4th one works ?

Dishwashers about the same ! @)

Clothes washing machines last as long as laptops ( 2 years)

Stoves, are similar, my 3 year old gas stove is FUCKED UP !

My cordless phones die after one new battery, buy a new one ! That's only like $35 at Costco.

I have an extra freezer, it's commercial and ancient and small, like something that would be under a bar. The thing is like 40 years old, maybe more. Best appliance I own, I've had it for 15 years, this thing could about freeze Vodka, it will outlive me.

I have an ancient clothes dryer ( 20+ years old), never quits.

I want an old washing machine, like my mother had, not one that breaks every 6 months. @):)

I'm telling you guys, get the old stuff off of CL, ( often free) it's 10X better than new !

couldn't agree more.. dishwasher, dryer *said there isn't anything wrong with washer that I have to get a professional to clean out the ducts? I own a townhouse.
Fridge. I had sears people out to fix the dryer and fridge in the same day.

Dishwasher.. nothing but problems with it. At the old place parents had a bosch? had a drain or something in it no problems.

You pay once for the product. Then they want you to pay a second time for a service contract.

You might ck when u buy 1....all the companies that i know os now offer ONLY a 90 day warranty on appls, including those $1000 washers and the $2000 ref's.
Although it is almost impossible for you to find out, the name on your appliance has absolutely nothing to do with who made it...
People are duped by the Kitchen Aid name for instance....Kitchen Aid never made any appliances but Dishwashers....they were bought out by Whilpool 5 or 6 years ago...When u buy Kitchen Aid ur buying a Whirpool with an extra coat of paint and a 25% higher price tag.
If you buy a Roper its a Chinese made Whirlpool with 1 coat of paint, all plastic snap together parts and a 25% cheaper price tag...
Before you go shopping look up the Electrolux Corp....They used to be Frigidaire but today own about 15 brand names.AVOID every 1 of them...complete junk...
Same with GE, only GE is now a complete scammer. They sell refs that dont refrigerate and dishwashers that dont wash dishes.and could care less once u have them in ur home....
Like MAYTAG? Maytag was bought out by Whirpool and is just as big a piece of junk as any other now...

Like Kenmore? Kenmore never made an appliance ever...They were always some other brand with the Kenmore name on them, Today that maker is most likely to be Samsung and good luck getting anything they make fixed if it, no WHEN it breaks....

I tell all my customers the same thing....When it breaks buy the chepaest thing u can find that does wat u want it to do...That way it wont hurt as bad when u roll it to the road the 1st time it breaks....

my washer broke a couple months ago, called the guy , he takes a look, knows instantly what the problem is........bought part that costs 5 dollars, charged me dearly for installing it

he explains

"these washers come with this part made of plastic.....they COULD put the good one that costs 2 dollars more and is made of metal........BUT then they would last much longer without needing maintenance"

The bastards make so damn much on the service calls and repairs that it's almost worth just buying a new one instead of fixing. The last repair guy I had said Frigidaires are one of the worst, if not the worst refrigerators he sees.
