I have dealt with them a lot more in the past 2 months and at least via live chat.
Had an issue with a credit card deposit that went through, but gave me a message of "Problem updating balance contact CS." So I was prepared for the long song and dance of faxing/scanning bank statements that I have gotten at other books before. But 5dimes had me on hold for a few minutes while they contacted their credit department and got right back with me and stated the funds were updated on my account.
Again this is one of several very very positive encounters I have had with their CS of late. This is coming from someone who was very dissatisfied with their CS about 6months ago.
