Hi all:

I trying to track down some (very) old line changes for baseball: 07/01/1995 to 08/04/1995. I know lines were posted electronically at this point, and that Hilton, Stardust, and some Offshore shops were the big ones at this time (getting info about any of their lines would be perfect).

I already talked to Vegas Insider / CSW and they say that they do not release old lines to the public any more.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on folks to talk to about this? I know this is pretty old stuff, but am hoping there is someone who might archive this.

Thanks for any suggestions.

PS I had posted this on the baseball board, but did not get any responses.

I would recommend you find a time machine and program the dates you would like to find the lines for MINUS one day....then get in the time machine and you should find your answer!! But before you go, bring a sports almanac w/ you and place a few wagers!!

Let us know how it goes....

(Here I go again!)....

Going to have to take a guess here and say, you need someone that has a Spreadsheet that goes that far back.

I might know someone, but it would be a Longshot at Best.

Hi,

Three weeks ago i sent all the documents to Sportsbetting to verify my account and it has not been yet verified. Last month with Paypal it took 24 hours ( same documents ), in the past never more than 48h ( Ladbrokes, William Hill, a couple of Aussie books ... )

The only answer they keep giving me ( 10 days from now ) is "Your documents have been forwarded to the acc. department, we didn't yet have an update, we will contact you in the next 24h". They never contacted me, i always had to contact them. Do you guys think it will be verified before the superbowl?

Can therx look at it?

Thanks.

Hi All:

Sorry to reawaken an old thread but I am still trying to find these old lines. If anyone has suggestions on a lead (or even has the data), please let me know here or through PM.

Thanks

If i had seen this one month ago could have helped you. Am in process of moving and had boxes and boxes and threw all away. The Gold Sheet used to sell notebooks with lines from various years resonably. I remember lost six mont one time and bouth the books from them. They weren't that expensive

Wow thanks for all the responses! If I could ask some quick follow ups:
- buddy m: do the gold sheets have the line moves or just the opening/closing line? I am mainly looking for line changes.
- maxdemo: thanks for the link: great site... have you ever contacted the site owner before?

Buddy:
Just tried sending you a PM but it says that you do not accept them. If you get a chance and see this, have a quick question for you.

I have not been able to find these Gold Sheet notebooks with MLB lines which Buddy M referenced: I called Gold Sheet and they were not sure what this was ... Has anyone seen these before and could give me a pointer on their exact name?

Thanks again to everyone,
MM
