I would go with Sydney Rice. It appears that Favre is back to his chucking ways and against the Steelers defense this might be a chance for some big plays.
Plus with Percy Harvin injured (but may play still) if he gets hurt Rice becomes the absolute #1 target for Brett.
Steve Smith might get more action this week after complaining but Buffalo is so bad at stopping the run Carolina may just ground and pound.
I guess Rice would be an absolute start from that list and my second one would be Breaston (if Boldin is out) just like incubus said.
