Bet Jamaica bonus Problem

I recently deposited as a new customer. On the bonus page it states:

20% Bonus for New Accounts (Standard) [Top]
**We offer a 20% cash bonus for all new accounts

Maximum bonus allowed is $500. All fees are reimbursed for initial deposits of $200 or more.

and yet another special:

Early Bird Specials [Top]
New signups and those who have never funded their account can enjoy our standard 20% Cash Bonus , plus we'll add a $50 FreePlay to your account on deposits of $300 or more.

When I email about the bonus, this is their reply;

Thanks for the email. We offer 20% on the first $500 and 10% on the remainder not exceeding $300, plus a $50 freeplay.

WOW. That shit isn't on their web page. No mention of $300 limit, in fact the web site states $500. Also no mention of a limit on the 20% amount.

Bet Jamaica Sucks.

Obviouly there is a mix-up here. BetJamaica is easily one of the most honorable A+ book in the Offshore Industry.

Your best route to take is to actually call Betjamaica CSD and ask for either Shayla or Herman and they will give you a rundown on all of your options.

They are all well schooled at Betjamaica but Shayla and Herman are the top CSD people and excellent at their jobs.

The number is 1-800-329-2909 for Betjamaica CSD. Tell them you are from The Rx.com.

Thanks, but no thanks. The Greek is a sister book and I have never had a problem with them, but I won't do business with a company that does a bait and switch. I have already asked BetJam to close the account and return my deposit.

Betjam... has been a top book for YEARS ... they are quick to fix issues also .... if you play at the greek then you know how good betjam is

BJ is one of the best Books out there customer service wise..Scotty is A #1, so if you would take 5 min to call tehm it would get all worked out. Im sure you have never made a mistake in your business.

I've been with betjamaica ever since I started sportsbetting. They are a class A sportsbook. You never have to worry about payouts and the bonus thing I am sure can be worked out within minutes if you talk to them. You have to give them a chance to clear up any misunderstanding before you just write them off like that.

when u see a post like this and a new poster claiming a top book "sucks" and yet they wont take 1 minute of their time to make a phone call, really makes ya wonder, if there isnt more going on........making the post here took longer than the phone call to fix it...

now if u called and it STILL wasnt fixed, then there would be a reason to complain here...

There are no bait and switch tactics used at BetJamaica.com. They have been a sponsor here for several years and this is the first time a player would not simply make a phone call to settle an issue that is a simple mix-up made between e-mail exchanges.

Nearly all of our posters use BetJamaica and have never had a problem with BetJamaica delibrately trying to mislead them.

Wilheim.. please do me a favor and try and get ahold of scotty or any customer service at betjm .. I have been trying email and live chat and phone calls for last three days.. no responses..

did hurricane ________ wipe them out?? (J/K - i doubt it.. and i give them the huge benefit of doubt since I truely think they are A+ book and have done 99% right always.. but this time is just odd to me)

Please anyone try the live chat and/or call.. no one answers.. I have a friend who made a deposit with moneygram 3 days ago and has been also trying to call in the control number and has yet to hear anyone he cant give him the depos info to.... this is unreal.. the guy was gonna try out the best book in the industry per my recommendation and now they are getting lack of customer services and im making up excuses..

wilheim if u want to figure this out off board.. i am all for it and u can erase my posting.

I support betjm 100% .. just this time its damaging my own recommandation and reputation and it sucks.

Guys - To be fair to BetJam, here is what the follow up was:

They were going to correct the account and give me the bonus as described by my bitching. They are, however, continuing to claim (via email) that their offer is:

We offer 20% on the first $500 and 10% on the remainder not exceeding $300

This is the core of my issue. The website states:

Accounts funded the first time via PastandPay will receive a 20% Cash Bonus.

Maximum bonus allowed is $500. All fees are reimbursed for initial deposits of $200 or more

I understand that they are normally a great book. I have never had an issue with their sister book. They were only going to correct it to to stop my bitching, not because it is what is posted on the web site.

I just got off the phone with BetJamaica CSD Clerk Francine and the phones are working fine. Here are four numbers 2 for wagering and 2 for CSD.

Scotty is on the premises but in a meeting.

The main phone # for betjamaica does NOT WORK for all phones in the USA. That may be the problem.

For instance, I can call betjam on my cell phone on the 2909 number, but when I try to call it on my house phone I get the message that all circuits are busy.

ALSO, today for around 20 minutes a few hours ago, the main phone number was busy even for my cell phone

Shame, i contacted THE MAN at Betjam, and here is his response....if you are legite and really wanted to play there, then take 1 minute and send an email to scottyj@betjm.com and you will be taken care of IMMEDIATELY...this reply below is the email i got from him just now...

Hi Bucs,

What is his email or contact info? Tell him they are both right as they have toggled during different “specials”. One is a standard offer and the other is a “special” offer.

Not a problem at all. Simply provide me his info and I’ll take care of it.
