I have a punch I love to make for parties. We are having a costume party for Halloween and I am going to make the punch.. However, I heard that if I use Dry Ice it will create "smoke" coming out of the punch.. Is this true. I never used Dry Ice before... It there any advantages or concerns I should consider before buying dry ice?
Receipe is Below, you can do alot of variations with the Alcohol
Combine:
1 Package of Orange KoolAid
1 Package of Fruit Punch KoolAid
6 oz Frozen Lemonade
6 oz Frozen Orange Juice
2 quarts of water ( i use warm water to dissolve faster)
1.5 cups of Sugar
Stir well until Sugar is dissolved.
Remember with Alcohol: You can add almost anything, in almost any amounts. This is for STRONG alcohol
.5 liter of Vodka (it normally calls for 1.5 cups)
.5 liter of Barcardi Rum (it normally calls for 1.5 cups)
1 bottle of Champagne (optional)
I normally don't use champagne, because we like to get drunk. I have even put it everclear (grain alcohol), and moonshine into it. Lately, I have skipped the vodka and doubled the Rum. Mainly because I am picky about my vodka, I love absolute, but its expensive, and rum is inexpensive.
ADD:
2 liter of Ginger Ale (or Sprite)
and Ice and Stir
