As hiliarious/sad this may sound, INDIANA may just be the best offense this Iowa team has faced all season long and their spread offense and speed should and will put points on the board faster and quicker then any team Iowa has faced this year.

Secondly, Iowa lost starters on the offensive side of the ball with season ending injuries last weekend, their TOP RUSHER TO DATE, Adam Roboinson and what many would have considered their most consistant lineman on the season to date in Richardson. This is asking a lot from semi-banged up freshman Brandon Wegher to carry what will be close to twice the load now.........Pack O'meara, Robinsons replacement, has shown very little year to date and also has had trouble holding on to the ball, which is something that should really concern Hawkeye fans.

The one positive for the Hawks when they have the ball is that Ricki Stanzi now has played back-to-back games throwing no INT's, this after having a pick in EVERY game of his career before this and as much as the media and fans like to bash Stanzi, the kid is probably the best pure passer in the conference and has come up with many big time throws this season. With his entire recieveing corps healthy, he should be able to pass against what is regarded as a horrible Hoosier secondary.

Not only do I like IND to cover this game quite easily, but I also have a SMALL LEAN towards the over in this affair.

FINAL PREDICTION

INDIANA 22
IOWA 27

Yes, espcially at the time Iowa played them, as their best back was not 100%.

PSU's offense the night the Hawks played them was horrible, and Iowa's defense completely dominated them, which was reflected in the final score.

Indiana's spread offense and speed present much more of a problem for this Iowa defense, in my opinon, then PSU did that night, or would at any future time this year.

Lots of small money will be on the Iowa side here, but I've released this play on a few popular forums this morning, thus I would anticipate that the money this will induce on the IND side to offset that..........

Thus, see this line holding steady at +17.5 or possibly hitting +17 at a few places as the game nears

In my opinion IU offense isn't as good as one would think. What did IU offense do against Virgina and NU. I don't think the offense was very productive against those mediocre teams. IU led 28-3 against NU at half but did absolutely nothing in the second half. I think they lost 29-28. Of the 28 points 7 were scored on the first play of the game a 70 yard run, another 7 were scored on a 93 yard KO return. Also IU lost 47-7 to Virgina. Just some food for thought.

Indiana 'improved' to 9-34 ATS in their last 3 Road Games of the Season since 1997 with last week's cover at NW.

looks like the charts are starting to move on FH's play, betphoenix still has 17.5 -107.

I suggest you guys gobble up the 17.5's now before they are gone.

But how are they in that same sample when graded at +17.5?
