My freezer is working great but my fridge is not getting that cold. I turned it up and cleaned out the freezer and mad sure nothing was blocking the vents...

Any idea what it could be?

Make sure the vent outside the fridge, ussually under the front, is clear of all dust, lint and or food. Use a vacum to suck out all the lint and stuff

The controls shouldnt both be turned to high. If u have 2 controls 1 has an "off" position and the other doesnt. do not turn up the 1 that doesnt, that is the damper door to the Ref and turning it up closes that door...
Then look into the freezer and see if their is snow/frost on the back wall.......if their is post the model number or a pic and ill see whats up..
If no frost then ck to make sure the frezzer fan is blowing, some cut off when u open the door some dont. either way if its not working take it down and see if something may be on the blade, ice, debris, etc if not u may have a bad motor.

If none of these is the prob ck the temp in the freezer with a -0 thermometer...leave it shut at least an hour, temp should be 0 or below....if its say +10 you really wont notice the differance in the frezzer but a refrigerator 10 warmer u will notice right off.....This will probably be refrigeration problems and if its less than a few years old get a repairman, older than that junk it...

Take everything out of your freezer, take the shelf out that your food sits on, take the back off as well in the freezer. There is a drain in your freezer that is froze up and is not letting air downwards into your fridge. Scrape out the ice around the styrofoam diverter and take it out then scrape all the ice out of that tray. Then, get a squirt bottle or hot water to defrost the rest of the ice in the tray and make sure you clear out the hole where the drain is. I supervise a 600 unit compex and this happen religously man, email me if you need minor details. Dont call a repairman till I can walk you through simle things like this. GL

Is the ice collected down below the coils (ice) or is it on and above on the coils themselves (frost)?

Well. I defrosted it and it is working again. If it goes back in a couple of days I am going to try to fix it. It is a GE GTS22WCP.

Thanks.
