I know at ASU they dont sell beer. Is this universal at all college games?

I ask because Im gonna be in Vegas this weekend with some buddies and we are thinking of putting some money down on the game and catching a cab out to Sam Boyd Stadium. Just for something different to do.

Will they sell beer or do we have to smuggle the minis in?

I lived in Vegas for a short time after college. I went to a couple UNLV games and they served. Not sure if they do now, but they did about 7 years ago.

Depends on what stadium. Usually if its in a college stadium they don't, but Memphis which plays in the Liberty bowl serves cold ones. Think Tulane does too

Sam Boyd Stadium in Vegas sells beer. If the stadium is "on campus" they will not sell beer.

I went to FSU and they dont serve at the game. But UNLV does

Univ. of Miami sells beer. It is all about the bUck with them. I believe most schools do not. I think the SEC prohibits the sale of alcohol at their sporting events.

It is really a stupid rule and to be honest the reason I dont go to college games (I am no drunk or anything but if you want me to go see a Pitt game, I want to have a coupe beers.)

They would make a lot more money sure. Its all hippocracy......If you have an ID you get 1 beer. Simple as that.

Long Beach state had a beer garden until 3 years ago, then they new school president said no alcohol. Sandiego State does sall beer. PAc 10 confrence does not allow it, that started when all the USC students were too obnoxious at the football games and would stand for the whole 4 hours of the game, which was about 4 yrs ago. UNLV also sales beer. The UC school systeym does not allow it. which is like ucsb, ucsd etc. Some state school do, most dont.

The Carrier Dome, in Syracuse, is the ONLY on campus facility that allows beer sales during college events. I guess the piece of shit dome is good for something.

No beer at Wisconsin. Flasks are the shit. When cold, a thermos with you're choice of condiments works well. Tailgating 3 hours before the game and after solves the problem.

That begs the question, who needs to buy overpriced beer at games when you can bring your own flask?

Spot on post, anybody can get a pint inside their jacket.
Do the math, six bucks a beer, you need 4 to 6 for a four hour game, 35 bucks is 35 bucks.
