The key word in MVP is 'Valuable'.
Peterson is just as valuable to Minny as Favre is.
So to answer the question, is Favre the most valuable player?
No.
Is what he is doing this season remarkable, hell yes, but most valuable, no.

Some votes will go to Peterson, hurting Favre.

I say it's between Brees & Favre

The difference is, Brees is putting up big numbers as always, but Favre is as well but has turned Minny around & done what the other QB's there with the same talent around them couldn't do....

This sums it up so far. Throw a blanket around them.

Still 9 games to go though.

All 3 of these guys have done some amazing things. It's just too early.

I think its between Manning and Brees. Take either guy away from those 2 teams, and they are at the bottom. As proven last year, Minnesota has simply gone from a playoff team to a Super Bowl contender. They are still a good team without Favre.

I 100% agree, but it will be the Farve factor....Which will get him many votes since he is the Holy one and can walk on water.
