Congrats to those of you who had the Falcons last night. The Saints flat out gave the cover away with poor late game clock management and play calling. Not for nothin' but why hadn't the whistle blown while it was clear to me that Thomas was on his knees in a scrum before that ball was ripped out. If the Ain'ts were just gonna run three plays into the middle of the line, why not take a knee for those same three plays. They exposed themselves to the fumble and gave Atl the only real chance they could have had to win that game. Stupido.
Looking at the bigger picture, I'm sure a lot of otherr teams around the league were taking note of Saints' vulnerability. I would say that after last night the World Championship is now back up in the air. Saints not as invincible as some thought, myself included.
