On 3 team ten point teasers in the NFL or sweatheart teasers, what is the standard amount of points you get on a total (over/under)?

Are most places giving you ten points?

Also what is the standard juice on these? -120 -110 ?

Most are 10 points

Majority of places are also -120, some -130.

Some places ties lose, some ties push.
