Just look in the phone book and pick one that says "professional and completely non-sexual." Or just go to the spa at the casino where you are staying and make an appt.
I agree with you. A professional massage is good stuff. I don't know why so many people want to pay to let some dirty whore with cum on her hands give them a shitty massage and a handjob on a filthy table where some guy 20 minutes ago just spooged all over. It's disgusting.
