I hope someone from Betphoenix can help me with a problem...
So a few days ago I made a deposit at Betphonex and took advantage of the 100% Bonus Play bonus because I wanted to use the Bonus Play on the Philadelphia Phillies for the World Series... I had called in before to make sure I can do that and they guy told me I can... so I went and send 500 and got 500 Bonus Play w/o any problems... however when I called in to make the wager they told me I can't make it on anything over +200... I was like that was the main reason I send money to you guys and I had called to make sure its ok... so b/c I was not able to I proceed to cash out the money and had to pay the cashout fee which I felt was not my fault but they told me too bad... I was like fine just do it...
Well today I heard from a friend that they have this 200 for 200 cash bonus so I called and told them since the last dep did not go well can I take advantage of this promo, the rep told me in a unfriendly way, you just cashed out yesturday and not eligible for next 30 days, I don't think this makes sense b/c I never used their bonus and I even paid for teh cashout even though its not my fault why can't I get the promo, she was like ok u will get it if u redep 500 plus 200 then they will give me 200 bonus, what bs... someone please help...
