I have deposited a few times with BP, never cashed out. Recently went on a decent run and they wont let me cash out for 10 days after my most recent deposit. Is this standard? I have even sent them the CC Authorization form etc. This seems kinda of strange considering there is no clearing period for CC transactions etc. Havent had this kind of a wait with cc deposits at other books only echecks.

Withdrawals are subject to approval by the accounting department of BetPhoenix.com, requests received after 12:00 p.m. ET Monday thru Friday will be processed the next business day. Payout requests may take up to 7 to 10 business days.

All rollover requirements must be met in order to process a payout, fees are subject to change with no prior notice, although BetPhoenix.com will take all precautions to ensure customer is aware of any change in the fee structure.

Certain payout requests may be subject to further delays pending confirmation of orginal deposit funds clearing (especially CC deposits).

Certain withdrawal methods may not be available to all locations or restrictions may apply.

CheepGobbler,

Contact me to Richard@betphoenix.com. I will help you out.

As an explanation for reference with CC processors. The 10 day restriction is due to the cc processor/book relationship, and is purely based on processor to bank account float times for each charge. Being that they are 3rd party to us, and remit payment roughly in that time frame. Chargeback notifications are also provided along the same timeline. I hope that helps...

Nice stall method put in there to hope you piss it back. I have heard of 72 hours but 10 days is bs.

It is what it is, and 72 hour remission timeframes do not exist with sports related processing based out of Europe. If you want no stall as you call it, send person to person, then you can get paid same day. Very simple solution really.

i deposit via cc/debit in two sportsbooks and i could withdraw the next day. Certainly a stalling tactic here.

Those books could put themselves at risk with the chargebacks.

If using CC I would still send through WU, so theres no wait.

Even Bet jamaica has a 14 day hold:

Deposit directly into your BJ account using a credit card, pre-paid credit card, gift card or debit card. Accounts funding via bank issued cards must wait 14 business days for the deposit to clear before a withdrawal can be made. You may request additional funds after the credit card requirement has been met. All deposits via Credit Card are free.

Now on the prepaid debit cards, there is no wait.

when i opened an account a BP a couple months ago i bitched about the wait, but BP quickly offered to make an exception for me as i was looking to test their payouts....needless to say i blew my wad, but they did offer to let me cashout before the waiting period was over

Smartest thing you have said here or at EOG in quite awhile....you know nothing about processors or chargebacks...

Well I do think that I know more than 90% of the posters here.

But I will say that a 10 day hold isnt that bad if it for using a credit card. Sure not all books require such a hold, but no big deal if you ask me.

Especially considering the fact that I am going to leave a mid sized 4 figure ammt in my account, when my deposit was for only $200 makes this seem like a questionable policy to me...

I should add that other than this, my experience so far with BP has been very positive, love the -105 lines and their customer service is responsive, even if it isnt the answer that I wanted.

Like he said... you want a fast payout, then deposit with real money. It is that simple. Not sure what the problem is.
