questions for any real estate agents

Was wondering how difficult the test is, I am from PA. So if there any any PA agents maybe you can let me know for the state test.
Just wondering cause I am about to take it.
What type of preparation did you do to ensure passing?

As an Reo broker in the Indianapolis market, I have helped plenty of prospects study for thier state test. I am not sure how similar PA is, but they can be pretty brutal. Have you spoken to any realtors in your area?

It's basically like a law exam, lots of memorizing.

I have one and never used it not a big deal. Look at who are in real state alot of ex-football players and you know how smart they are. You will have to study but it is not hard at all. I always hear people say how hard it is but I think that is a scare tactic to keep people out of the biz.

It's not difficult that's for sure.
