Are there any betting exchanges open to US players?
I've been out of the scene for awhile, and used to use tradesports.com but I see it's out of business now.
I checked out BetFair which seems quite popular, but no US players allowed. I noticed others like Bet365 have in-game betting, but not exchange style where you can get in and out of a game and profit, regardless of the outcome.
