getting an early start here as i am gunning for a huge weekend as the last couple weeks have left me flat on my face despite good starts. No more I say, no more. 3 side and total parlays, letting it all ride through #3. don't know which one i will bust my cherry on, but i do know one i am playing for sure:
OU -20 vs A & M and O 56. Now, if you care, you may read my analyisis below. If not, fuck it, take a ride on the wild side!
OU may cover the total on their own :think2: yes, yes i say it is true, and the Aggies have never felt so blue. But enough with the rhyme. It is time to get on track and win this time.
OK. So. The Aggies kinda suck. yes they do. look for jones to make some plays -- he needs to get some confidence. the running game will hit the ground running. some short passes here and there -- don't be surprised to see this close early -- in fact, a 14-10 halftime score is what i envision. the Aggies will stunt and blitz, and jones will go with short dumps and the clock will run. the Aggies will have a play or two up their sleeve to keep it close. the OU D will be coming off a monster effort, and let's not forget that effort came against a really bad Nebraska offense. this total is high for a reason -- i really thought it would be in the 40s, but the linesmakers ain't no fools.
but let's face it. OU is 5-4 and coming off a loss. all that's left now is defending the home field winning streak -- and winning at home has been the number 1 prioity for Stoops. a season like this, to keep that streak alive.....believe me, OU takes it serious. there is a fair discrepancy in talent and coaching here. there is a discrepancy in motivation to win. OU will most likely lose at Tech next week, so this boils down to a must win game for OU. OU has never had a problem running up the score on the Aggies -- trust me, this is one of the few teams OU will actually run it up on. They are not part of the BIG 8 tradition, they are not part of any Sooner rivalry, and when OU was sucking the old hairy flange back in the 90s the Aggies ran it up every chance they got.
My Sooners get back on track this week. 59-20....yeah yeah yeah, the Aggies keep it close early......
