Yes, he will never walk again. Nidal Hasan is also in significant pain. This just made my day. I hope he suffers in his wheelchair for the next 50 years. Being paralyzed, will remind him every day of the crime he commited.

Fort Hood, Texas (CNN) -- Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the accused Fort Hood gunman, is paralyzed from the waist down, his lawyer said Friday.
"It appears he won't be able to walk in the future," said Hasan's civilian attorney, retired Army Col. John Galligan.
Hasan also has severe pain in his hands, the attorney said.

One thing that sticks out in this case is the money. The guy was making $90k a year. Yet he lived like he made minimum wage. They said his rent was $300 a month and he paid six months in advance.

Awesome. I have to commend the people who took this loser down. Not only did they stop him with a non-lethal shot, they were able to paralyze him. This guy's really going to suffer, so this is great news indeed. The only thing better would have been if they were able to make him a complete quadriplegic, but you can't have it all I guess.

Actually, DevilWoman was knocked flat by his own shots and it took a large black man to shoot him down and disable him.
