most books are end of the season...the reason is very simple...they get to hold on to your money longer...

Try sending them an email asking them - worst they can do is say wait till the ed of the season, but they also might want to pay it out now so that you (and others) have a chance to rebet the winnings with them...

Remember, there may be a "must go" a certain number of games before they can grade them. In the NFL that number is probably 16 games.

believe it or not 5d grades them as they come in.

Why not grade them early ?

Let the guy have more chances to lose it back, faster, then re-up earlier.

I'd grade this way, builds up good will also. You want the action, pay the winners ASAP, IMO.

the only reason i can see not to grade them early is in case something happens and they don't play the full number of games. What do you do then? call the guy and tell him to moneygram it back?

Unlikely but I bet it has happened

Eat that unlikely loss, for the book ! It will come back to you, The early pay good karma stuff, will outweigh the very rare situation of not enough games played stuff. You'll gain more than you lose ( booking), by paying it early !

Pay it, $tinky....very little to lose by paying early.

Many of my college totals have been graded. Like Doug said, people will just lose it back faster.
