From the windy city?

My brother is an eagles fan. Thinking of taking him to the eagles/bears game. Here in Indy the scalpers next to Lucas oil are usually your best bet for a reasonable ticket price. Are scalpers allowed in Chicago? If so, where do you find them. Whats my best alternative?

no they dont allow scalpers.. you're not likely to find a good deal outside of the stadium

I would look online for tickets.

I just looked on stubhub... tickets are pretty cheap on there.

If you're intent on going the scalper route, you can find them on the sidewalk around the Northeast corner of the South parking lot.
Also on the sidewalks around the pedestrian tunnel just south of gate 0.
It can be hit or miss though,some games there just aren't a lot of people out there selling.
