Not sure who to blame, Parents, Cops or Arkansas

OZARK, Ark. (AP) - The FBI has dispatched investigators to Arkansas to look into a police officer's use of a stun gun on a 10-year-old girl who refused to take a shower.

Ozark Mayor Vernon McDaniel and Police Chief Jim Noggle announced the FBI's investigation Friday and said they're pleased federal agents have stepped in.

Police officer Dustin Bradshaw has been suspended with pay for a week for not having a video camera attached to his Taser. Town officials want the FBI to consider whether his use of the weapon was appropriate.

The girl's mother has said she called police Nov. 11 after the girl refused to take a shower. Bradshaw says the girl became violent and "verbally combative" and her mother suggested using the stun gun.
The FBI did not comment.

Cops are becoming more and more retarted.

How about that 911 call where the guy calling for help was cursing and the operator said he won't help until he cleans up his language and then just hung up on the guy.

Really what the fuck. These fucks are working for us the tax payers not the other way around.

I have no problem with the stun gun if it doesn't have any negative affects on someone that young. Kids today are spoiled. I got the belt when I was bad and I learned not to do it again. Quit babying your kids.

The woman (mother, term used loosely) should be jailed as an unfit mother and the cop should be fired also.
Any woman that cant get her kid in a bathtub doesnt have the capability to raise 1 and if she felt the need to call police it shows shes...well u know wat i think it shows.
Any cop who thought this call was part of his job duties is a moron also , add the taser and he needs his ass whipped also...

But alas who gives a flying F anyway...after 8 pm tonight we all are wards of the Govt and should probably be getting used to being herded and treated like cattle anyway. This lil girl needs to know shes going to follow orders just like the rest of us.....
