i'd hate to give bad advice on something like that. i know that ain't something you wanna fuck with too much. for me, i'd just take one of them and see if it does the trick before doing more than that.

.25 mg is the standard beginning dose level for Xanax
If never used before and you're looking for that mild "buzz" - so to speak - then a couple of those will work fine, especially if you mix with a few drinks.
But don't do more than .50 if drinking and most certainly do not operate a motor vehicle.

As for the second quip, I myself first encountered that drug by using a "bar", which is 2mg that can be easily broken into four parts.
That's very powerful and about 90 minutes later, I fell dead asleep while making out with the SheBar
