He didn't play in the second half Sunday and was replaced by Matt Leinart. Warner said he hasn't suffered a concussion since 2003 and didn't lose consciousness or memory Sunday, which bodes well for his chances of being cleared for Week 12. He'll undergo neurological tests and will need to pass his baseline tests before suiting up against the Titans. Consider him questionable for now.
