I called to figure out why I have not been able to watch fooball on Thursday night. CS rep said well its been blacked out the last 2 weeks. They didn't have the rights to it or some shit like that. I said well it better not be this thursday or they can pick thier shit out of the garbage on Friday.
I said I still have the antenna on my roof for Direct TV. She assured me the problem has been resolved. I said I should get something for not being able to watch the game. She gave me 1/2 off the next 6 months. nice
