OTCBB Runners

I will be revealing ridiculously undervalued OTCBB stocks here. These are stocks I will be reviewing with the Wave Riders from i-hub. All of us run hundreds of screeners every day and it's easier to form a Think-Tank that can conduct solid DD and know how to run proper stock screens.

What we will be looking for is profitable (or soon to be profitable) companies that are under-valued based off their current revenues/earnings and/or based off their forward guidance and previous follow-thru of said expectations. We also look at the Float, dillution history, and thoroughly review their SEC filings.

You will notice me being the Asst Mod on the majority of these new stocks, if not all of them. These are stocks that you will be proud to own into 2010 and hopefully beyond. The goal is to take 75% off the table at your price target, and let the rest ride into next year to see if they continue to improve their business/business model(s).



To start, I'm just going to post the active ones that are already posted in the Pinksheet Roulette Thread. The current OTCBB runners I'm invested in and tracking (outside of the China Micro-caps of course) are:


UPSN -- $1+ short/mid-term
ISCR -- .50 - $1 short/mid-term
CHRI -- .12 short/mid-term


Feel free to come up with your own exit strategies, but my own price targets for each are listed above.

I get too much grief for giving exact timeframes, so I'm just letting you decide what short/mid/long-term are rather than specifying. Some will undoubtedly move fast, others might take time to get attention. I'm simply providing what you have to make money based off what's available to us ... I cant guarantee or re-assure price targets will be achieved in the said timeframe.


Disclosure: At time of writing, I am long CHRI, ISCR, and UPSN. Every stock I post here I will own a position in at the time of writing.

CHRI: Day two, up 150% and will probably see .05 today ... yesterday 300%. Still has at least another 200% to run in the short-term IMO.

UPSN:

Gotta pound the table here. This is another Wave Rider pick and we have yet to bring in the volume as everyone is chasing ISCR and CHRI. Now's the time to load up on UPSN before the crowd comes.

Percetage-wise, this will be the most profitable out of the three at their current PPS.

Try getting in on the bid at .03, seems like the MMs are trying to whack it down today.

Nice grab. It'll be worth a lot more soon enough. Lots of profits will be taken from ISCR and CHRI and moved to UPSN once we start promoting it more. For now, load up on the bid and reap the rewards in coming days.

AVMD: Consolidated nicely. First resistance at .28, shouldnt be much to get thru after the huge 10Q they put out. Should see .35+ this week.

CHRI: Nice low volume consolidation -- Down .01 from .03. Not bad considering it went from .005 to .03 in two days. Should see .05+ this week.

ISCR: Late-day break-out on Friday. Cleared resistance. Looking for .35+ this week as well.

JNTX: Should see .20+ this week. LOI news to be announced early this week, should be enough to drive it past .20.

UPSN: Dragonfly Doji on Friday. Usually a very bullish indicator. A little volume and it'll take off. This is a reverse merger play. It will get more attention as details of the R/M get announced. Get in before the crowd. Would be nice to see .10, but there is a lot of resistance at .065-.075, still possible we break-out after the dragonfly doji on friday.


I should have at least 1-2 new plays later this week. :toast:

It's tough to say right now. JNTX has news coming on Tuesday I believe ... this will be LOI (letter of intent) news about a contract. If the contract is big, this could easily see .30+ in the short-term.

AVMD put out a stellar Q and is still slightly under the radar. AVMD has a solid price target of $1+ based off Q earnings and forward guidance. That'd be with a 12 PE ratio.

ISCR started to break-out Friday, so i believe we'll be seeing .40-.50 soon. Not sure if any news is in the pipeline here, but it could very well be.

CHRI might be putting out a PR about their blow-out Q when they upped Revs by 150%. Looking for about .10 here.

UPSN should be releasing more info about the R/M in the near-term future as well. This will help me determine a more specific price target.


I'd say if I could only put my money in one right now, it'd have to be AVMD. That's my biggest holding out of the others, although I've been accumulating UPSN and ISCR on the bid. I think AVMD will give you the largest percentage return in the near-term, but that could easily be trumped by positive news from CHRI, ISCR, or JNTX.

Heads-up ... a new pick is being released tomorrow at appx 10AM EDT. This will be 30 minutes into the trading day. Avg Daily Volume has been about 50k/day according to Yahoo Finance. No front-loading P&D BS.

The Wave Riders will be taking a small position at the opening bell tomorrow, and will release the pick via email to all their subscribers. Then the alert will be posted on the Waveriders board. I will let this forum know as soon as the email has been sent out to subscribers.

Expect a big push once the email subscribers get word of this pick as our success thus far has been met very warmly by investors. The Wave Riders will be buying additional shares once the emails/alerts have gone out.
