Very poised, despite what had to be incredible pressure on their undefeated season:smoker2:. Auburn's injuries and lack of depth hurt them in the 4th quarter. Very good game though.

What is it with SEC coaches and the inability to do simple clock management late in games?

I'm happy Bama got out of there w/ a W.

Most of the year people have been saying, "Shut down Ingram and you can beat Bama.....McElroy isn't very good..."

Well, after 12 games I think its time to say that McElroy isn't a rookie anymore. He won that game for Bama today. He showed he's going to be a very good QB down the line for them....if not already.

Hopefully UF will win tomorrow and set up, yet another, classic SEC Championship Game....

Auburn had a bye last week and Alabama had a short week. Add that to the most bitter rivalery in NCAAF you had to know the Tide would have their hands full. Auburn's offense in the last drive was bad. Not many teams could drive the field with one time out and 1 1/2 minutes left on that defense. The home crowd was a factor in Auburn being able to come close to the upset.
