I needed that backdoor TD to keep my parlay going.

Should buy some of the Nevada +13 to protect my parlay. Or do you think Boise State -14 is a lock?

See how the 1st half plays out. Also depends how much you need the money.

Was watching this game out of the corner of my eye.....but why was there no extra point kicked after the TD with no time on the clock....I thought they always kick it afterwards even if time has expired......
Second half total was 20.....Landed on the number this way....

A last second backdoor cover is nothing new for Colorado. Back on Oct 1 they got a touchdown pass against West Virginia with 3 seconds left to cover. Remember that Thursday night game?

your not allowed to kick an xp or go for two if time is expired and it has no outcome on the final. sometimes refs fuck up rather not knowing the rule or just getting caught up in the grind.

auburn vs tennessee, tn scored as time expired and they didnt let them kick xp or go for 2 (correct call)

louisville scored vs uconn as time expired and refs let them kick, thankfully kicker shanked it and i pushed instead of a bs loss

It was the worst beat of the year for me as far as what it could have been. 75% of the parlays hit and the others had Boise State as the swing team so about 40 % of them got off on Nevada to insure some profit..I ended up being between a rock and a hard spot. The only game that generated more interest was the Alabama game in which was a lose also for me.Bad friday or Black friday.

NFL runs a play kicks the xtra point or go for two.

Legend has it that a gambler down on his luck had a many multi team parlay that would have been life changing made with his last hundred $$$.

Final leg was a lock as his team covring by 7.5 as opponent(believe Patriots) scores TD with no time left. Opposing team pissed as some controversial clock issues allowed extra play or two. Gambler heads to bathroom before cashing ticket and goes to window to collect only to find out Pats went for two against a phantom defense(no defenders) thus providing the bad beat.

Bad beat??? Are you out of your mind? Colorado played them evenly. Buffalo backers deserved to win that. Anyone who took Nebraska made a bad BET. No bad beat.

Syracuse was even worse. Conn was AHEAD by 11 and only needed to hand it off. Unreal!

I know someone that lost a 3 team teaser (they had Cuse +23-1/2). I think that's about as bad a beat as can be. Not only does UConn score for the cover, but Syracuse misconnects on a lateral and it gets run in by UConn with 8 seconds left.

I had Colorado yesterday and it was a miracle cover, but as someone else said they did more than enough in the game and deserved to stay within the number.

I think a definition of bad beat is in order. Many games the score is not indicative of play during game(football is sport this occurs most, then bball) but that does not constitute a bad beat imho.

My definitiion is very little time left in game and something very rare occurs or is abnormal to how events close out. Last night anyone with Kentucky +3/3.5 had bad beat as most times they make stop on 3rd down or give up firts down and not TD. Tenn would have most likely kicked game winning FG. Nebraska backers suffrred a bad beat when an inconsequential hail mary connects as time runs out. Cuse bettors as well sufferred.

One of all timme worst bad beats in 1987. Army/St Peters(I think) hoops. I lost game when tacked on techincal ft's(4) added after game over. 3 were made and I lost by half point.

Oh, and Chessman you are right.Col was the play and this coming from die hard Husker fan. Col was the "right side" I loathe that term though as stated earlier game flow for 60 minutes is not indicative of final score (in particular when factoring spread). I've always been on "the right side"@)
