The Vikings have played:
Cleveland (1-10)
Detroit 2x (2-9)
St.Louis (1-10)
Seattle (4-7)
Chicago (4-7)
Baltimore (6-5)
Pittsburgh (6-5)
Green Bay 2x (7-4)

This has to be the easiest schedule in the NFL.

1) The Colts have been playing with injuries all year.

2) The Colts are undefeated the Vikings are not.

3) The Colts beat the Patriots. Not lucky at all. The Colts defense made the play to hold the Patriots. If they would have punted which they didn't maybe Manning would have led them down field maybe he wouldn't have, but I would never say stopping the Patriots on 4th and 2 is lucky. The Colts did what they had to do, which was stop them and then drove down and scored. A W is a W.

4) If in your mind the Colts got lucky against the Pats then what did the Vikings do against the 49ers and Ravens? Remember the Ravens missed a FG to win the game. And the Vikings beat the Niners on a Hail Mary pass as time expired.

5) Please don't try to compare the AFC South to the NFC North.

Just because someones schedule might be easier, why would that make them not as good as another team ? Whats that got to do with anything ! This isn't college football to where your jockeying for a BCS game :think2:

All I am saying is that the Colts and Saints are both undefeated and both have played harder schedules then the Vikings this year. So that plays into why the Vikings are not better then or as good as the Colts or Saints. The subject of the thread is Just as good, if not better than the Colts & Saints... and my answer is No for both.

Not When Compared To 3 Time MVP

Always chokes? I guess Super Bowl Champion and MVP doesn't mean anything.

On a neutral field, right now who'd you take on the ML?

QB: edge Colts slightly
RB: " Vikes BIG
WR: Slight Vikes
Spcl Tms: ?
OL: Even
DL: Even
LB: Vikes
DB: "
Coaching: Even

Yes, I'm Purple thru & thru, but I am trying to be honest here. The Vikes would completely shut down the Colt nonexistant run gm. The Colts can not and would not be able to handle the variety of the Vikes attack, IMHO.

Spread would be PK in this one.:toast:

Favre has to win 3 straight games to win the Super Bowl ... what are the odds that he won't throw 4+ picks in one of the 3 games????

He has done it, he can do it and he will do it.

PS: I had the Bears on the ML yesterday, so WTF do I know????
