To ESPN: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fire Stuart Scott

I can't believe this guy is one of their main guys and they let him speak in slang like he is in the hood. That thing he does around the 2 minute warning where he says something like "stay tuned after the ____ game" is so annoying.
This is just one example of how this guy irks me. He is up there with Rachel Ray and Paula Deen.

Let's lose Jaws and Tirico, Berman is yesterdays news, Bayless creeps me out, Sean McDonough brings nothing to the table, Reisha Candidate is a Fox News reject that talks with her hands too much, Cindy Brunson is dreadful.....................

I agree. I used to love Tirico on Thursday Night Football with Kirk and Lee. Now I think he is a perfect fit on MNF.

I think Joe Tessitore and Rod Gilmore are the best ESPN college football commentator team now. Of course that does not count Brad and Kirk because they do ABC.

i have mixed emotions about Barkley also. i like he isnt afraid to say whatever he wants but he comes off as an idiot. i dont care how good he was able to play bball he isnt that great on analyst or doesnt seem to be that knowledgeable in basketball or in anything. just my opinion

But he is absolutely hilarious. Sometimes I don't even want to watch the game, I just tune in to see the post game with Sir Charles and the gang.

i don't get announcer hate.

none of them seem to bother me. don't u watch tv w/the remote in your hand? for instance, if nascar comes on sportscenter, i click to another station immediately, because i have zero interest in nascar.

i enjoy announcers, most seem very professional. abs love espn radio. got last nites winner from trent dilfer combined w/boxslayer. i like gruden. he gives u the coach, has to explain things fast and try not to go over the laymans head.

i won't let an announcer, fill my mind w/any type of negative thinking. lots of things way more important, like being happy that you are actually free & alive watching & wagering on this or that sporting event.

rereading this myself, it seems to sound a little like andy rooney. i'm kinda old like him.

props again to espn's t dilfer & j gruden.

I actually dont mind doris burke...could be because i win during most of her games, but still she's not that bad.
