Its a vampire movie but very deep and very real feeling. May be the best movie I've ever seen.

Oh yeah, I heard about this one a while back. I'm gonna go put it on my Netflix right now.

You'll be pleasantly surprised. It's not what you expect at all.

I saw it - this is a great movie. There are both a dubbed and subtitled version on the dvd. My wife wanted to watch the dubbed, which we did, but everybody says the subtitled is better. [Like "Das Bot"].

I saw the dubbed version too.

It is a film made in Sweden. It was made in 2007 or 2008, but the setting of the film is 1982 Sweden, which was behind the Russian Iron Curtain at that time. I didn't know this until I watched the extras after the movie was over. Then the movie made much more sense to me lol. I can't fathom living in a place like that under communist rule. There is absolutely no extra money put into anything that is not completely essential to enabling your people to live. So desolate feeling.

I don't like watching subtitled movies. I rarely like dubbed movies but this one is too good not to see.

Semi Spoiler below::::::::

The ending feels good until you realize what is really happening. Its a deep movie.
