if it was kept in a garage i would say that it would. I doubt it would fire right up on the first turn of the key but spray some shit on the carb and let'er rip tater chip.

Yes...if it has set all that time it would be falling apart within a week. Plus i would think the rotting rubber in the fuel system wouldnt let it run anyway...

New hoses and tires and fuilds we be a must and if the fuilds weren't drained you may need to rebuild the engine. Remember this rule nothing is free.

Seems like it would still be worth more than it cost new, before you replace rubber parts, fluids,etc.

What is it ?

It could be worth a lot, if it's a desirable model.
