I am sending out a mass email to possible clients at work. I have about 600 emails on an excel sreadsheet and the only way that I know of to transfer them is to cut and paste them one at a time to the letter I composed on my email. Is there an easier way? Thanks

I don't know a convenient way to install all those addresses into a single email

However, I would offer a friendly reminder that you use your own email as the TO: and the remainder should all be installed into the BCC: field

Do NOT put them into the CC or the TO fields

You can normally copy and paste them all at once; at least that is possible with both Mac Mail and GMail.

Thanks for the help guys. You can copy and paste. It's a pain to put all the commas in once the adresses have been transferred but it could be worse. Better than having to mail it.

I believe (at least in those programs), if you tab out of the bcc field it will insert the commas (or semi-colons) automatically.
