What percent of the time does a 1ST HALF NBA TOTAL of 100 pts land right on the number in mathemaical statistical terms, not what past history has shown?

I'm no wiseguy, but I think any statistical terms would have be based on past history.
I would say about 1 in 30 or 3.33%.
