What the hell are you talking about, "state championship?"

As I recall, there is no "King of Texas" bowl.

you heard me! you know what I said.

hypothetically if there were a state championship Texas would finish in 2nd place.

I do believe that...but moreso I just hate this fn system. This is all b.s.

Texas, TCU, Ala, Boise, even Cincy all deserve a shot. This final game in Pasedena is exhibition just like the rest of the BCS.

I do think TCU is the best team in the country and would beat Texas , but wtf does that matter everyones got an opinion, this shit needs to be settled on the field. Alabama/Texas will not settle a damn thing.

I think Texas would be favored over TCU - but of course Texas is not a special team - this year all the teams are pretty even

Texas was favored over Huskers too look how that turned out. If they were playing in the SEC that game would of been over and no time put back on the clock. Now Colt has to worry about if the people he made a deal will hurt his family or not and if his Paypal account has enough to buy a fake Heisman award to go on his desk because he will not win one for sure.

Just wait until Boise or TCU actually plays a BCS conference team who is happy to be in a bowl. They'll get eaten alive.

Both teams beat up on teams from BCS conferences this season that were more than happy to be playing. Boise thumped the #7 team in the nation.

That statement is inaccurate in so many ways.

Let's check the facts. Oregon is ranked #7 in both polls and the BCS. So that part is true.

Boise State won by double digits. That part is true.

Boise State outgained Oregon by 200+ yards and held the Ducks to 152 TOTAL yards. That part is true.

Oregon is averaging 5.5 yards per carry this season. They averaged 1.8 against Boise. Oregon averages 236.1 rushing yards a game (even including the Boise game). They ran for 31 against Boise. That part is true.

Oregon scores 37.7 points a game this season. They managed 8 against Boise. That part is true.

So what the hell are you talking about exactly?

If you want to call Oregon and Clemson national powers.

Oregon is the #7 team in the nation and won a BCS conference. Not sure what else you want... TCU has beaten two top-25 teams.

The only top-25 team that Florida has beaten is LSU... food for thought.

im sick of hearing about TCU

go look at thier schedule, i could list 20 teams that would be undefeated with that same schedule

BYU and Clemson were their 2 toughest opponents. thats disgraceful.

They went on the road and beat Clemson (ACC Atlantic Champ), Virginia and #16 BYU and beat the three by a combined score of 82-31. It's more about how they are dominating people then just simply wins. TCU is legit.

Uh, they already did...Boise beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta bowl two years ago. Could that be the reason for your bias? l:howdy:
