Gerhard got robbed IMO, but since Ingram played on the last week of the season just days before the Heisman vote was due, I understand why he won. The thing that sucks for Gerhart is he didn't have one bad game all season and just the week before the Florida game against Auburn Ingram was nowhere to be found.

LANSING, Mich. | Alabama tailback Mark Ingram might soon have a stretch of highway named after him in his native Michigan.

The Michigan Senate on Thursday overwhelmingly approved a bill naming a stretch of state highway M-21 in Genesee County the “Mark V. Ingram II Freeway.”
Ingram went to high school at Flint Southwestern Academy in Michigan.
He won the Heisman Trophy last season while helping Alabama win the national championship.
The bill now heads to the Michigan House.
