You gotta love this guy. Even if you don't, you have to admire his intensity and passion for the game. With all these overpaid losers in the NBA that take so many nights off it's refreshing to see a guy go at it hard game in game out and put on a show while doing it too.

What a buzzer beater fade away jump shot for the win against the Bucks tonight.

Best player in the NBA ever aside from Micheal Jordan of course. At least since I stated watching basketball.

Kobe haters feel free to spew hate about him somewhere else. Or not, it's a free country/cyberspace.

when all the calls go your way, anybody could be that superstar.

even the LA announcers said he walked, should have been a jumpball, and that he charged (but got a blocking foul) for a 3 point play to make it close

one of the worst calls lately

Still made a great shot. It's not calls by refs that made him a superstar. He was fouled before he walked...if he walked at all. Refs didn't make the shot for him either.

Also, Bucks deserved to lose anyways. The had the upperhand late in the game and blew it.

Kobe doesn't even make the top two in this list of top
players in the last decade:

http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/blog/ba...NBA-players-of-the-last-decade?urn=nba,194287

This list of top players in the last decade he's not even in
the top three:

He's #3 here too:

Tmac used to be my fav player but he's a wuss. Don't even compare him to Kobe. Jason Kidd? Some of the rest on that list? Zit..you know nothing about basketball do you. All you do is quote other people's opinions and you never know what you are talking about.

Get a clue man. Did you go to school zit? Didn't they teach you to think for yourself? All you do is quote shit that you know nothing about. Jason Kidd...lol..come now....Kevin Garnett? Noway he's better than Kobe.

Newsflash Zit, people that make that list are humans..just like you and me, just because they say it doesn't make it so.

Well said buddy. I'm not a big fan of Kobe neither was a fan of Jordan but tis guy is sick. LeBron will never get to that level. Also he just broke a finger on his shooting hand and like you said most of those overpaid assholes would just take a couple weeks off. "4 is playing and putting up insane numbers.

To mentionTmac in the same sentence with Kobe is a crime. Kidd was a great poing guard but not on that level either.

He didn't charge, nor did the Lakers announcers say it was a charge. They say he walked, but he was also fouled.

That said, watch the fourth quarter if you have it on DVR. Lakers got called for back to back to back offensive fouls, followed by a three second violation. Don't even make me point out all the loose ball fouls on Milwaukee that wasn't called in the last 10 minutes.

I have been watching the NBA pretty intently since the mid 80's.
And I am really starting to become completely sold that KOBE is the best I have ever seen.

Only other guy that wowed me this much was Vince Carter in his Toronto days before his injurys.

As a huge TD fan I think Kobe and TD should share the award - when LA would beat SA it was Kobe who we could not stop

Those lists have Shaw too low - it's pretty clear that Shaq, Kobe and TD are the three best players over the last decade - the account for 8 rings (I'm not going to count the Miami win for Shaq as he was clearly a role player)

Better than Jordan? I don't know about that. He's stilll number 1 IMO. Vince Carter and Tmac really let me down with their comments about not going all out or protecting their bodies by taking jump shots and not driving too much. I was disgusted by that. I can't believe Tmac used to be my favorite player.

Getting back to Kobe, he's not only extremely talented, but he is just fun to watch and his passion for the game is awesome. You can tell he despises losing and goes at it hard every game. Some people will say everybody hates losing...but watch 1 NBA game a night and take a look closely at a lot of the guys, don't tell me they have the same intensity or will to win as Kobe does.

I think Kobe and MJ are so similar - same exact determination - one had a better outside game and one was better at getting to the rim
